[0:29] more of life's most amazing moments
[0:30] caught on tape. We begin with the
[0:32] world's love affair with four-wheel
[0:34] drive vehicles. They go anywhere. Well,
[0:37] not really.
[0:39] These beach parters thought it would be
[0:41] great fun to park their Jeep close to
[0:43] the ocean.
[0:45] Bad idea.
[0:47] The surf is surging on the shores of
[0:49] Peru's Las Senorita's beach and the
[0:52] treacherous tide is too much even for
[0:54] this four-wheeler.
[0:56] >> It's very difficult a car go on on the
[0:58] sand, right? Only four track cars can
[1:02] get it. And I think this guy wants to
[1:06] show his car to everybody was there. No.
[1:09] >> TV producer Carlos Alvarez grabs his
[1:12] camera as soon as he sees the commotion.
[1:15] I never thought something like that was
[1:18] incredible.
[1:20] >> In an act of desperation, the owner of
[1:22] the Jeep foolishly jumps into the
[1:24] driver's seat.
[1:27] But even a 3,000lb Jeep is no match for
[1:30] the fury of the sea.
[1:33] Danger swells with each crashing wave.
[1:36] But the Jeep's owner and his friends
[1:38] ignore the power of the ocean,
[1:40] desperately trying to save the Jeep. The
[1:43] giant car is tossed around like a tiny
[1:45] toy in the raging circle.
[1:58] On shore, others scramble to get their
[2:01] cars off the beach.
[2:12] Any chance of saving the Jeep is gone
