[0:00] It's terrifying launching something.
[0:02] I've been doing it for 25 years,
[0:03] launched hundreds of different products,
[0:05] and like every single time it's just
[0:06] like, "God, like what if zero people
[0:08] care?" I'm like textbook ADHD. Now I can
[0:11] just sort of like feed the beast a
[0:13] little bit more. I use Opus for the bulk
[0:15] of everything. I'll then do a review
[0:17] pass using GPT 3.5, and it invariably
[0:20] finds three to five bugs that Opus
[0:22] overlooked. And then I'll run But for
[0:24] Real, and that But for Real skill is
[0:27] basically like kind of bullies the AI,
[0:29] the LLM into like, "You almost certainly
[0:32] screwed some stuff up."
[0:33] >> How long do you work on it before you
[0:34] put it out there?
[0:35] >> There's been stuff where I've launched
[0:36] within 24 hours, or even like same day.
[0:38] The idea of like spending months working
[0:40] on something before you put it out for
[0:41] other people to use, I think that's a
[0:43] real bad idea.
[0:47] >> Hey everyone, I'm really excited today
[0:48] to chat with Josh who sold his last
[0:50] startup Baremetrics for 4 million, and
[0:52] is now building at least five AI
[0:54] products in parallel. Josh is going to
[0:56] show us exactly how he builds with AI as
[0:59] a solo founder. So, welcome, sir.
[1:00] >> Hey, thanks for having me, Peter.
[1:02] >> All right, Josh. So, maybe to start, can
[1:03] you give us a super quick tour of some
[1:05] of the products that you're working on
[1:07] right now?
[1:07] >> So, today,
[1:09] I actually launched this. It's called
[1:11] Proxy User. So, this is sort of like
[1:14] synthetic users that use actual browsers
[1:17] to QA your apps. So, gives you a screen
[1:20] recording of it functioning or
