[0:00] attitude controll any of the people
[0:01] there are they uh really looking forward
[0:04] to and desperate for those tents I would
[0:06] imagine well you know it's interesting
[0:08] Jerry because the people that you run
[0:10] into here mostly mostly are people who
[0:13] are driving in with supplies those are
[0:16] the people that you see throughout this
[0:17] whole area here and those are the people
[0:19] that say hey I've got water hey I've got
[0:21] ice matter of fact earlier tonight
[0:23] bumped into two gentlemen that drove
[0:24] down from uh I think it was West Palm
[0:26] Beach with two tractor trailers packed
[0:30] with ice and they just walked up and
[0:31] they said see these two tractor trailers
[0:33] are filled with ice what do we do with
[0:35] them said look you know I'm not the guy
[0:36] to talk to I set them over to the

[0:43] coordination and the communication is
[0:45] very very bad but a little bit better
[0:46] today than yesterday Jose it certainly
[0:48] is it certainly is better and you can uh
[0:50] sense that the tension is diminishing
[0:53] you can sense that is more and more
[0:54] troops come in more and more supplies
[0:56] come in that people in the outlying
[0:58] areas are finding out that hey you know
[1:00] help is on the way help is here but uh
[1:03] Jerry to answer your question
[1:04] specifically uh most of the people are
[1:07] still in the homes or the skeletons of
[1:10] what at one time were their homes and
[1:12] most of these people our understanding
[1:14] is have lost uh any kind of uh Power in
[1:17] their uh radios so they're they are not
[1:20] able t
