[0:23] Good morning. Charles Osgood is off

[0:25] today. I'm Harry Smith and this is

[0:27] Sunday morning. To begin this morning,

[0:29] word that Supreme Court Chief Justice

[0:31] William Renquist died last night of

[0:33] thyroid cancer. Renquist was 80 years

[0:36] old. We have more on his life and his

[0:38] life's work in just a minute. Nearly a

[1:32] New Orleans is just one part of the

[1:34] story of Hurricane Katrina and its

[1:36] aftermath. Bill Whitaker has the tale of

[1:38] another stricken city further to the

[1:41] east along the crippled central Gulf

[1:43] Coast.

[1:44] Beluxy, Mississippi always considered

[1:46] itself a lucky city celebrating its

[1:49] casino gambling, its martyra, its

[1:52] carefree spirit. Katrina and its

[1:54] aftermath are sorely testing that

[1:56] spirit.
