[0:00] hey everyone my name is michael dean i
[0:02] wanted to share
[0:03] a video that shows this mirror space
[0:06] that i've built
[0:07] so what i did is i captured all of the
[0:10] slides and all the live sessions of
[0:12] building a second brain and what's nice
[0:15] neat is you have this ability to
[0:16] zoom in and out so from this scale you
[0:19] can see the whole course
[0:20] uh you can zoom in and you can see the
[0:22] whole curriculum and now it's the whole
[0:24] you know power method you can zoom in to
[0:27] just see the nature of what's inside of
[0:29] the notes
[0:30] so it's a cool way to spatially map
[0:33] and understand all of this content so my
[0:36] challenge right now is to
[0:37] make a 10 to 15 minute video we'll see
[0:41] to try and do a recap on the whole
[0:44] cohort 12 experience so it's neat that
[0:48] you can see
[0:49] the team who made it possible the whole
[0:51] community who was involved with it
[0:53] and i think it's good to start at the
[0:55] context these are the ideas
[0:58] that we were talking about before we
[1:00] started and then also even
[1:01] the reflection we did at the very last
[1:03] live session so
[1:06] three general points there's this sense
[1:08] of information overload
[1:09] and we need to learn how to navigate
[1:11] that there's this idea that
[1:13] our perspective is this laser that lets
[1:16] us kind of
[1:17] decide what information do we capture
[1:19] and then distill and then create from
[1:23] um and then there's this idea that this
[1:24] whole thing is really about
[1:26] moving our life in a very specific
[1:28] direction
[1:29] towards our vision and then
[1:32] the last session was i really love this
[1:35] slide where it shows this bottleneck of
[1:37] all of these
[1:38] different apps and sources and i
