[0:00] decided to get out of a building when it
[0:01] lost power even if it was intermittent
[0:03] you can see a lot of folks on their cell
[0:05] phones down there a lot of people
[0:06] waiting there if that is a bus we're not
[0:08] going to be too much into that but there
[0:09] are a lot of people there's a man with a
[0:11] Bullhorn in the center of the crowd
[0:12] there so maybe this is in some way
[0:14] related to uh this uh what was a very
[0:18] brief loss of power uh and now we're
[0:20] finding out that there are areas that
[0:22] are affected whether or not it's a
[0:24] matter of systems being reset and
[0:26] recycled and set to the default mode so
[0:28] that they can power back up you know
[0:30] everything today runs on a computer when
[0:32] you take a power hit takes a while to
[0:33] bring everything back else back up to
[0:35] speed so that may be what we're seeing
[0:36] here well you mentioned earlier rap that
[0:38] they do have to reset the lights when it
[0:40] comes to the computers do you know if
[0:42] any of those traffic lights are on
[0:43] backup generators or is that not
[0:45] possible at all uh my understanding is
[0:47] is that that's not the case there there
[0:49] may be several uh of the most
[0:51] problematic and difficult or Troublesome
[0:54] intersections that may have a a
[0:56] secondary power source but uh in most
[0:58] cases it's a it's a the power goes out
[1:01] you pretty much lost that uh the surface
[1:03] of that light okay for those
[1:05] joining us Ralph can you tell me exact
[1:06] again the intersection we're looking at
[1:08] here okay we're now let me see my GPS is
[1:11] indicating that we're over again still
[1:13] over Flagler Street but we're a couple
[1:15] of blocks East we're
