[0:00] So like everything you write, the main
[0:01] audience is not really people anymore
[0:04] because even the people that are going
[0:06] to read your stuff, they're reading it
[0:07] using an AI. You can literally just go
[0:09] like command a select all and then
[0:12] delegate it to codegen. You can just
[0:14] spawn off a hundred of these
[0:15] simultaneously if that's what you want
[0:17] to do. You know, a lot of sort of what
[0:19] we call strategic thinking and
[0:21] prioritization and things like that.
[0:22] It's like we have to like draw a bunch
[0:24] of 2 by twos and and and really figure
[0:25] out how to logic our way through it.
[0:27] Like that is something that they are
[0:28] excellent at. Say what you want about
[0:30] AI. They're not really quite, you know,
[0:31] good at the emotional stuff like yet.
[0:34] >> You and I made a slide before the
[0:36] interview. The point is to uh list all
[0:38] the skills that are still relevant,
[0:40] skills that are being disrupted and
[0:41] maybe already disrupted and new skills
[0:43] that PM should build. Why don't we just
[0:45] talk about them one by one?
[0:49] Okay, welcome everyone. My guest today
[0:50] is Dan, head of product at Linear. You
[0:53] know, Linear only has two PMs, but it's
[0:55] scaled to over 15,000 companies,
[0:57] including OpenAI, Ramp, and Mercury, and
[1:00] other great companies. And today, I'm
[1:02] going to ask Non to do a fun exercise
[1:03] with me to to rank what PM skills will
[1:06] still matter in the AI era. And and I
[1:09] will also demo his favorite AI workflows
[1:12] and linear's new AI agents. So, welcome.
[1:16] >> Yeah, great to be here.
[1:17] >> So, let's start with this question. Um,
[1:19] why do you only have two PMs and and uh
