[0:09] someone sent me a link to a talk he gave

[0:12] it ever note back in 2013 and it was all

[0:16] about GTD in such a way that I had never

[0:18] really heard anybody quite talk about it

[0:21] that way and nor do what he did with it

[0:23] but we can we'll get into that in some

[0:25] more detail as we as we continue the

[0:31] idea who you are

[0:32] who are you and what do you do and you

[0:36] know give us give us that high level

[0:44] I run a Productivity training and

[0:47] consulting firm called forte labs and

[0:50] essentially we do a mix of trainings and

[0:53] workshops for mostly companies and other

[0:56] organizations around productivity

[0:58] training employees to be more productive

[1:00] and also from time to time consulting

[1:04] projects consulting projects mostly

[1:07] around products related to productivity

[1:10] project management habit formation

[1:12] behavior change most of the time apps

[1:15] but from time to time some other

[1:16] products as well from the stuff that

[1:18] I've seen and and you know you're you

[1:20] know fascinating blogs the postings

[1:23] you've done and your talks

[1:24] you obviously have a high technology

[1:28] proclivity let's say I assume that's

[1:31] that's somewhat of your background why
