[0:01] Well, Tucker, it wasn't very good. He

[0:03] was in a place called Shalomat, which is

[0:04] in St. Bernard's Parish, a little bit

[0:06] south and east of New Orleans. And while

[0:08] the president was meeting with some of

[0:10] the first responders there and and the

[0:12] mayor, the parish uh official, the sort

[0:15] of the president of the parish was

[0:16] actually in Baton Rouge at the time,

[0:18] meeting with about a thousand residents

[0:20] who have taken refuge far north of New

[0:22] Orleans. And the residents were being

[0:23] told at the very time the president was

[0:25] in their parish, the residents were

[0:26] being told by a state senator that it

[0:28] would be at least four months until they

[0:30] could return that some residents who

[0:33] happen to live near the oil refineries

[0:34] that ruptured that they would never

[0:36] return and that in fact they would need

[0:37] to conduct soil samples before anybody

[0:44] focused at all on President Bush. They

[0:46] were focused on what their own parish

[0:48] leaders were telling them up in Baton

[0:49] Rouge today. Is is that just to clarify

[0:52] is that that they wouldn't want to

[0:53] return because the conditions are so bad

[0:55] or they're not allowed to return. And if

[0:57] they're not allowed to return, who's

[0:58] preventing them?

[1:01] >> Well, they're not allowed to return in

[1:02] the sense that in order to uh to go

[1:04] back, there's going to be a special sort

[1:05] of certificate that they have to obtain

[1:07] in order to get back. And they're trying

[1:08] to make some arrangements so people can

[1:10] essen
