[0:00] Imagine that you had a very smart

[0:02] engineer show up on your doorstep. They

[0:05] have no context, no background. You

[0:08] wouldn't just tell, you know, a random

[0:10] new employee, "Make me a game that's

[0:12] super fun to play and then expect them

[0:15] to succeed." This isn't rocket science,

[0:18] but I think the reason why this GitHub

[0:20] repo has like 4,000 stars is because

[0:23] folks do want a process to follow to

[0:25] give them better results. I wouldn't

[0:27] want the AI to run off and create 30

[0:30] tasks. I would want it to create a high

[0:33] level, you know, give me five tasks and

[0:35] then I want to approve those. Let's talk

[0:37] about your three-part system and also

[0:39] how is it different from like typical

[0:40] VIP coding.

[0:42] >> So, I'm going to walk you through a

[0:43] little bit how it works.

[0:46] >> Okay, welcome everyone. My guest today

[0:48] is Ryan. Ryan is a serial founder who's

[0:51] building his next startup solo by

[0:53] talking to AI for a few hours every

[0:55] night. And Ryan has an awesome

[0:58] three-part system for coding with AI

[1:00] that I'm really excited again to demo.

[1:02] And we'll also talk about uh you know

[1:04] what's like uh building an AI startup as

[1:06] a solo founder. So welcome Ryan.

[1:10] >> Awesome. It's so fun to be here. I like

[1:12] the description of uh coding for hours

[1:14] at night. That feels like it's

[1:16] everybody. So that's me. looking forward

[1:18] to to chatting and sharing some stuff

[1:20] I've learned.

[1:20] >> Yeah. I don't know if you're a parent,

[1:21] but like, you know, Yeah. I I only have

[1:23] time to code at night. Just go back to

[1:25] bed. Yeah.

[1:26] >> So, the best time is either late at

[1:28] night or in the morning. Uh
