[0:04] This morning, a national [music]

[0:06] security threat. 2.2 million active US

[0:09] forces at risk for identity theft. Their

[0:11] [music] birth date, social security

[0:13] numbers stolen, and now an allout

[0:16] nationwide search for one laptop.

[0:20] Stock slide. The Dow drops to a

[0:22] three-month low. Why the roller coaster

[0:23] for investors? Did the Fed chief's own

[0:26] word spark the sell-off? A reality check

[0:28] ahead. [music]

[0:30] and a Million-Dollar Baby. The first

[0:32] photos of baby Brelina sold for an

[0:35] estimated $4 million.

[0:38] $4 million for the pictures of a baby

[0:43] [music] from Time Square. This is Good

[0:45] Morning America with Charles Gibson,

[0:48] Diane Sawyer, and Robin Roberts.

[0:51] >> I've got some pictures of my new

[0:52] grandson you can have for 2 million if

[0:54] you want. Good Morning America is

[0:55] Wednesday, June 7th. We made it through

[0:57] June 6th. Welcome back to Diane. The

[0:59] gang's all here.

[1:00] >> Flew in last night. Good to be here.

[1:02] Good to have you here. Let me tell you

[1:03] about some overnight news that we have.

[1:05] An update on a story you heard first

[1:07] here on Good Morning America. A co-ed

[1:09] strangled in her own home with a bikini

[1:11] top. And while you were sleeping, police

[1:14] arrested a suspect, a convicted sex

[1:17] offender. The details ahead. Also

[1:19] following on that arrest, a wakeup call

[1:21] this morning about America's prisons.

[1:23] We've got an important new study. An

[1:25] estimated 650,000

[1:27] prisoners are released back on streets

[1:29] every year and a staggering 2/3 are

[1:32] rearrested within 3 years, meaning all

[1:34] of us could cross paths with dangerous

[1:36] criminals. It's the system beyond

[1:37] repair.
