[0:03] and her ex-husband were involved.

[0:10] Portland is out on bail tonight.

[0:21] reports tonight that Detroit police are
[0:23] preparing to seek four warrants in Wayne
[0:25] County Court for four suspects in the
[0:27] Nancy Carrian assault case. The Detroit
[0:29] police chief delivered his
[0:30] investigator's case to Michigan
[0:32] prosecutors today. Investigators in
[0:34] Multma County in Oregon have only
[0:36] publicly released information on three
[0:38] warrants, naming Shan Eert, Tanya
[0:40] Harding's bodyguard, Derek Smith, and
[0:42] Shane Stanton. All three accused of
[0:43] conspiracy in the Carrian assault. No
[0:46] official source will publicly name the
[0:48] fourth individual in the warrants
[0:49] Detroit is seeking from its local
[0:51] prosecutors. But as Cindy Hamill
[0:53] explains tonight, friends and associates
[0:54] of Tanya Harding seem to be pointing
[0:56] fingers back.

[1:03] parents house. They've been hard to get
[1:05] a hold of since they started making
[1:06] headlines earlier this week.

[1:25] the planned attac
