[0:03] >> More American troops arrive in Tusla as
[0:06] the French issue a new threat to the
[0:07] Bosnian Serbs. The first by coastal
[0:10] blast to the season. The country bundles
[0:13] up from Portland to Portland. And the
[0:16] NAACP takes a leading congressman to be
[0:19] its new executive.
[0:22] From ABC, this is World News Saturday.
[0:27] Here's Aaron Brown.
[0:29] Good evening. Over the next week, it is
[0:31] Bosnia and the effort to bring peace
[0:33] there that will dominate the news. There

[1:16] meant to lay out a blueprint. It is
[1:19] intended to ensure that the military's
[1:22] success is not squandered in the months

[1:29] >> Among other things, the assembled
[1:31] nations put forth an ambitious pledge to
[1:34] work to make it possible for nearly 3
[1:36] million refugees to return to their
[1:38] homes and to carry out free and fair
[1:41] elections within a year. But the waring
[1:44] parties in Bosnia could sabotage that
[1:46] process
