[0:02] my digital workspaces for me that means
[0:04] my computer desktop and the Downloads
[0:07] folder in my computer and this is the
[0:10] third step in my weekly review which you
[0:12] can see right here in my little digital
[0:14] sticky note and this is one of those
[0:16] things that may not seem important
[0:18] especially it may not seem important to
[0:20] do so regularly but I really found that
[0:23] my desktop and my downloads folder
[0:25] really are my digital workspaces in the
[0:29] same way that you might keep your desk
[0:30] clean keep your office clean keep your
[0:33] surroundings kind of and span we
[0:36] now spend more than 11 hours per day on
[0:38] our devices don't you think that we can
[0:40] get some of the same benefits of tidying
[0:42] up and keeping our space organized in
[0:45] the digital world as we can in the
[0:46] physical world I think we really can let
[0:48] me now take you through what it looks
[0:50] like for my typical weekly review so the
[0:53] place that I'd like to start is my
[0:54] desktop this is kind of an average
[0:56] amount of files that we'll have
