[0:04] >> This morning in the Oval Office,

[0:06] President Bush putting the final touches

[0:08] on his ultimatum to Saddam Hussein.

[0:14] >> From ABC, this is World News Tonight

[0:17] with Peter Jennings.

[0:18] >> Good evening. Remember the date and the

[0:20] time. Saturday, February the 23rd at

[0:22] 12:00 noon Eastern time, 8:00 in the

[0:26] evening in Baghdad. President Bush has

[0:28] given Saddam Hussein until then to begin

[1:13] would have to be out of Kuwait entirely

[1:14] within a week, returning to the

[1:16] positions they held on August the 1st,

[1:18] the day before the invasion. They would

[1:21] have to release all prisoners of war

[1:23] within 48 hours, and return the remains

[1:26] of any servicemen who were killed,

[1:29] remove any booby traps they'd set, and

[1:30] tell the Allies where all the minefields

[1:32] are. No Iraqi combat planes would be
