[0:00] starts right now.
[0:03] >> Thank you, Joe. We've got a lot to cover
[0:05] tonight. In just a moment, I'll ask the
[0:07] chairman of the Homeland Security
[0:08] Committee how exactly the war in Iraq is
[0:10] making us safer at home. Plus, I'll tell
[0:12] you why critics of Bill Bennett and
[0:14] there are many today are intentionally
[0:16] missing the point about what he said on
[0:18] the radio about abortion. But first,
[0:20] news out of Washington DC today as New
[0:22] York Times reporter Judith Miller
[0:24] testified before a grand jury, breaking
[0:26] her silence in the investigation into
[0:28] whether White House officials leaked the
[0:29] name of a CIA officer a year and a half
[0:31] ago. Miller's source, Scooter Libby, who
[0:34] was also the vice president's chief of
[0:35] staff, gave Miller permission to testify
[0:37] a year ago and once again this week.
[0:40] Still unanswered is why Miller suddenly
[0:42] decided to go before the grand jury.
[0:44] Now, that investigation is believed to
[0:46] be wrapping up soon. Indictments are
[0:48] expected. Who exactly is going to be
[0:49] indicted? We still have no idea. Stay
[0:51] tuned. Meanwhile, reverberations
[0:54] continue from yesterday's dramatic
[0:55] testimony on Capitol Hill. General
[0:57] George Casey, who commands US forces in
[0:59] Iraq, told lawmakers that the Iraqi army
[1:02] is in even sorryer shape than we'd
[1:04] known. According to General Casey, only
[1:06] one Iraqi battalion out of 86 is capable
[1:09] of fighting on its own. So, if 2 and 1/2
[1:12] years after the invasion, the Iraqi army
[1:14] is still nowhere near capable of
[1:16] protecting its own country, how and when
[1:18] will US forces be able to leave and come
[1:20] home? That's a
