[0:36] intersections to get the water pumped
[0:39] out of the area and clear up a little
[0:40] bit but it really did look very little
[0:42] good it actually is getting worse as the
[0:45] night goes on and it probably will
[0:47] continue to get that way there's just as
[0:49] this rain keeps coming there's just no
[0:50] place for it all to go live from
