[1:06] least 76 people from Israel to Siberia
[1:09] exploded today and plunged into the
[1:11] Black Sea nearly everyone's first
[1:13] thought was another terror attack and
[1:16] tonight that has not been ruled out but
[1:18] US military analysts say they believe
[1:21] that what happened is Stranger Than
[1:22] terrorism that the explosion was a
[1:24] bizarre accident no one knows it remains

[1:30] reports a leading theory is the plane
