[0:00] and it goes without saying that the

[0:02] entire county is dealing with heavy rain

[0:04] and wind speeds of anywhere between 40

[0:07] 45 50 had times as strong as we've had a

[0:11] wind reading of 100 miles per hour at

[0:14] Miami International Airport today at

[0:16] this hour there's a strong line of heavy

[0:20] rain moving in across Key Biscayne that

[0:22] is aiming for Coconut Grove soon to

[0:25] impact little Cabana of Miami the

[0:27] Overtown area there's another huge band

[0:30] of heavy rain that'll move in through a

[0:33] Pembroke Pines in about another 20

[0:35] minutes but basically everyone in

[0:37] Miami-Dade County under a huge Shield of

[0:40] rain with at least tropical storm Forest

[0:42] winds Broward County more of the same

[0:45] for you from the beaches as far back as

[0:49] uh the turnpike the Sawgrass U.S 27

[0:52] Weston Coral Springs in through Palm

[0:55] Beach County in through Collier County

[1:01] to stick around for quite some time the

[1:04] close-up cones suggest that the system

[1:06] will continue to move towards the north

[1:08] possibly impacting the area here across

[1:11] Southwest Florida very close to Naples

[1:13] then making its way just along the coast

[1:16] it's going to hug the coast and that

[1:17] could be the worst case scenario because

[1:19] not only is it going to impact everybody

[1:20] but there's going to be a huge Coastal

[1:23] surge all the way in through Tampa Tampa

[1:26] Bay I'm sure that it's just going to be

[1:28] a sea of water moving in a lot of

[1:31] flooding in that vicinity is expected if

[1:34] this system does not change course and

[1:36] then by Monday at around 8 A.M right

[1:39] across Florida's Big Bend it
