[0:00] Andrew in 1992 Katrina in 2005 uh so
[0:04] this will be a category four at the time
[0:05] of landfall most likely not a five C was
[0:08] a five in 1969 that is the G Coast
[0:11] hurricane of record but uh We've not had
[0:14] a four to strike the Florida Panhandle
[0:16] on record and weather records go back to
[0:18] the late 1800s and again what we want to
[0:21] do during this uh coverage we're going
[0:22] to do our best to show a lot of video
[0:24] coming from the coast we don't want you
[0:26] looking at our faces here we want you to
[0:27] see what's actually happening down there
[0:29] and understand because of the
[0:31] extreme conditions it's going to be hard
[0:33] to get a lot of quality video conditions
[0:35] are as bad as they will get now with the
[0:37] actual eye wall which is the worst part
[0:40] of that storm on Shore so again this
[0:42] will be one that will go down in history
[0:44] and again right now the pressure is
[0:46] sitting at 9919 mbars the sustained
[0:48] winds are at 150 mph and again these
[0:52] observations don't necessarely tell the
[0:54] big story uh you're going to have a lot
[0:57] of places in between these observation
[0:59] points where the wind is much more
[1:00] severe at this point uh and again we're
[1:03] watching this is more wind gusts here so
[1:05] you're looking at 70 down there in
[1:06] appalachicola but we know it's more than
[1:08] that for sure right um and again what
[1:11] we're one of the things that's
[1:13] interesting to meet Charles is the fact
[1:14] that the uh Weather Service in
[1:16] Tallahassee issued for the first time in
[1:18] their office uh history an extreme wind
[1:22] warning uh and uh that is a new advisory
[1:27] from the National Weather Servic
