[0:11] biggest rally in 6 years, but many on
[0:14] Main Street are nervous. How is this
[0:17] economic crisis hitting you? Call for
[0:20] help. The frantic moments after the LA
[0:22] commuter train crash.
[0:24] >> Please hurry.
[0:25] >> Please calm down.
[0:26] >> People are bleeding and hurt here.
[0:28] Angels among us. New research confirms a
[0:31] majority of adults, even those with no
[0:33] religion, believe in angels.
[0:37] And swooping, it's the latest craze,

[1:07] unexpected, an almost equal rise in the
[1:10] market. In fact, the market had its
[1:11] biggest one-day rally since October
[1:13] 2002. The Dow up over 400 points. The
[1:17] market had been steady through the day.
[1:19] Then, news hit Wall Street that the
[1:21] government is considering the creation
[1:22] of a special agency to deal with the bad
[1:25] debt run up by banks. And with that, the
[1:28] market shot up at the end of the day.
[1:30] Betsy Stark is here again tonight.
[1:32] Betsy,
[1:33] >> Charlie, down 400 one day, up 400 the
[1:36] next. It almost goes without saying that
[1:38] investor confidence is on a razor's
[1:41] edge. But there is new optimism tonight
[1:44] that the government is closing in on a
[1:46] wholesale solution to this crisis.
