[0:11] hello the pilot of a Cuban airliner
[0:14] today interfected and landed a whole
[0:16] plane load of passengers in Key West
[0:18] after a wild Airborne gun battle with
[0:20] guards of the Costco government one
[0:22] person reportedly one of the guards was
[0:24] killed the pilot himself was wounded and
[0:27] the third person a child was wounded too
[0:29] in the gunfight aboard the plane with 34
[0:32] persons award reportedly was
[0:34] transporting political prisoners from
[0:35] Havana to the Isle of times which is
[0:38] just south of the main island of Cuba so
[0:40] shortly after the takeoff the pilot with
[0:42] his gun in his hand emerged from the
[0:44] cockpit and announced he was taking the
[0:46] plane to Key West the Cuban Army guards
[0:48] aboard immediately opened fire but the
[0:51] pilot although wounded is said to have
[0:52] disarmed them after an exchange of shots
[0:55] there in the air customs and immigration
[0:57] service officials in Key West have
[0:59] confirmed that this Cuban plane has
[1:01] landed but they give us no further
[1:03] information not yet
