[0:13] >> Get ready to get real. Dr. Phil
[0:15] premieres September 16th on Coin TV 6.
[0:44] Good morning. I'm Charles Osgood and
[0:46] this is Sunday morning. Hershey,
[0:49] Pennsylvania is home to the famous
[0:50] chocolate factory that turns out 80
[0:52] million kisses a day. But in that
[0:54] quintessential company town, they're not
[0:56] throwing kisses at the moment. Relations

[1:40] September 11th.
[1:42] Hey. Hi, Norman. How are you?
[1:44] >> Last year, American conductor Leonard
[1:47] Slutkin was a stranger in a strange
[1:49] land. It was his first season in charge
[1:52] of Britain's biggest summer music
[1:53] festival, the BBC Prom. And then came
[1:57] September the 11th. At first I
[2:01] questioned even if I should be
[2:02] conducting the concert altogether,
[2:05] >> but he did,
