[0:08] George Bush completed his cabinet today.
[0:10] As first reported by CBS News last
[0:12] night, he named Admiral James Watkins to
[0:15] be energy secretary. Mr. Bush also

[1:16] >> Environmental and energy objectives
[1:19] can be made mutually compatible.
[1:23] >> Bennett, an outspoken conservative,
[1:24] often drew fire at the education
[1:26] department. But today, he promised to
[1:28] work with other agencies in waging war
[1:30] on drugs. And Mr. Bush said he won't be
[1:32] muzzled. I'm not going to out ask him to
[1:35] renounce
