[0:00] And when we
[0:04] pick up that thread,
[0:06] when we
[0:08] hear that call,
[0:11] and we answer it
[0:12] simply by turning toward it,
[0:15] usually it's it's a sublime experience
[0:18] in some sense. You don't You really
[0:19] don't know what you're going to do with
[0:21] it. You don't It's like
[0:23] It's like you're handed an instrument,
[0:24] but you don't know how to use it, and
[0:26] you know you don't know how to use it,
[0:27] but you're okay with that.
[0:29] It's a surrender movement.
[0:34] Which is another component of this
[0:35] that's beautiful in that
[0:38] that whole world I described of that
[0:40] internal pressure cooker of delusion
[0:42] that we all share among one another,
[0:44] right? Um
[0:46] there's also something about it that's
[0:47] just saturated with the illusion of
[0:50] control
[0:51] and the fear of losing control.
[0:54] It's so uncomfortable.
[0:56] And this

[1:00] whatever shows us an opening,
[1:02] shows us the Dharma, whatever.
[1:06] There's something about it where we
[1:07] sense like, "Oh, I don't have to try to
[1:10] control this."
[1:12] It's It's just so far beyond anything
[1:14] like that.
[1:16] It's It's
[1:18] deeply wise in some lived and living
[1:21] way.
[1:23] So, there's a
[1:28] There's a kind of return to innocence
[1:30] that we're offered
[1:33] in this moment.
[1:35] Realizing that we don't have to be in
[1:37] control, more importantly, we don't have
[1:39] to continue to convince ourselves and
[1:41] others that we're in control in a way
[1:43] that we know we're actually not.
[1:46] Cuz that's the whole thing about
[1:46] control.
[1:48] You know you're not.
[1:50] >> [snorts]
[1:51] >> It's a
[1:53] It's a It's a Band-Aid that really
[1:55] doesn't do a very good job. Like it's
[1:58] Yeah.
[2:00] So it's like a medicine that make
