[0:00] so when you build normal consumer
[0:01] products you have goals you have a path
[0:04] you have some requirements you have an
[0:06] estimate and then you kind of work
[0:07] throughout that and then you work on the
[0:08] edge cases in case there are any to be
[0:10] able to to narrow in on but there is a
[0:12] deterministic path toward doing it in a
[0:14] non-determinate system it's very hard to
[0:16] predict what the error cases are going
[0:17] to be and it's very hard to plan for
[0:20] every Edge case along the way to try to
[0:22] defend against it so the first thing
[0:24] that we had to do was assume that
[0:27] everything that we possibly thought
[0:28] would go wrong will go wrong we don't
[0:30] want the AI to do something without the
[0:33] merchant knowing that thing is happening
[0:36] how do we push everything in front of
[0:37] the user in a way that they can review
[0:39] they can look over and they maintain
[0:41] full control so that this is
[0:43] augmentation not Automation and that
[0:45] that's kind of where we started with a
[0:46] lot of our thinking on this and what
[0:48] made that unique is the way that we
[0:50] build is not through like one use case
[0:52] at a time in some cases it's like a data
[0:54] set at a time of like this is what we
[0:56] need to be able to like understand this
[0:57] is the problem space that we need to
[0:59] understand and there are different ways
[1:00] to approach it you can find two and you
[1:02] can do something from retrieval
[1:04] augmented generation and then you can do
[1:05] something just on General prompting but
[1:07] each approach has pros and cons to it so
[1:09] like being able to balance and evaluate
[1:11] on an ongoing basis while knowing that
[1:13] your evalu
