[0:00] office. Moneyline NewsHour with Lou Dos.

[0:03] Week night, 6:30 Eastern on

[0:06] [Music]

[0:17] CNN. It is Saturday, April 3rd. To our

[0:20] viewers in the United States and around

[0:22] the world, welcome to CNN Saturday

[0:24] Morning. I'm Natalie Allen at CNN Center

[0:27] in Atlanta. and I'm Gene Randall in

[0:29] Washington. For our domestic viewers,

[0:31] showbiz this weekend will not be seen at

[0:32] this hour so we can bring you the latest

[0:34] on the strike against Yugoslavia. NATO

[0:37] is putting together a plan to expand its

[0:38] mission in the Balkans to include

[0:40] humanitarian help. Meanwhile, despite

[0:42] the continuing bombardment of Serb

[0:44] targets, NATO says Belgrade is still

[0:46] waging its campaign to drive ethnic

[0:48] Albanians out of Kosovo and the refugees

[0:50] continue pouring into neighboring

[0:52] countries. NATO spokesman Jamie Sheay

[0:54] says Yugoslav forces have driven nearly

[0:56] 300,000 people from Kosovo during the

[0:58] past 10 days. He says the alliance will

[1:00] send 6,000 Italian troops to Macedonia

[1:03] and Albania to aid humanitarian efforts.

[1:06] We are also looking at a concept of

[1:11] operations for a NATO deployment in

[1:15] Albania to provide direct military

[1:18] assistance to the international relief

[1:20] organizations and the Albanian

[1:22] government. Uh but this is a concept of

[1:26] operations. I anticipate decisions will

[1:28] be taken in the very near future, but we

[1:32] are still at the planning stage for such

[1:34] a NATO uh emergency

[1:37] force. A setback for the refugees.

[1:39] Macedonia has announced it will accept

[1:41] no more expelled ethnic Albanians. Tens

[1:44] of thousands of Kosvar Albanians now are

[1:46] stranded at the Kosovo Mace
