[0:30] 16 mm color Motion Picture film to the
[0:33] public silent Motion Pictures are giving
[0:36] way to the talkies and even the news
[0:38] reels add the voice of a commentator
[0:40] Midway through the year the world war
[0:43] has been over since the end of 1918 and
[0:46] now Allied occupation troops are
[0:47] beginning to leave for home Americans
[0:50] and people in the rest of the world feel
[0:52] safe and secure peace and prosperity
[0:54] rule but there are unsettling Rumblings
