[0:01] The [music] US says the Baghdad bunker

[0:03] raid will not affect the battle plan.

[0:06] Anger in Iraq as the dead are declared

[0:08] martyrs and Allied troops are reported

[0:11] [music]

[0:11] ready for the ground offensive.

[0:15] This is the CBS Evening News. Dan Rattle

[0:18] report. Good evening. The start of the

[0:20] Allied ground offensive against [music]

[0:22] Iraqi forces holding Kuwait may be near.

[0:25] Allied air strikes are being shifted

[0:27] south now away from Baghdad to Iraqi

[0:30] troop concentrations in southern Iraq

[0:32] and inside Kuwait. Iraq said today it

[1:21] number of aircraft targeted against

[1:23] Baghdad from hundreds a night at the

[1:25] start of the war down to dozens. The

[1:27] only aircraft now flying bombing

[1:29] missions over Baghdad is the stealth

[1:31] fighter, and there are only 40 of those
