[0:00] out on a jetty, perhaps a half mile from

[0:03] where I sit, I watch waves easily

[0:05] crashing up and over a jetty that is

[0:08] minimally 10 ft tall. The waves pounding

[0:11] into the shore right now are getting up

[0:13] into the 5-ft area, and they will be

[0:15] well beyond that.

[0:16] see the lifeguard anymore. We don't know

[0:17] what happened. Either he got knocked

[0:18] down really quickly

[0:20] or he fell over out there. We're not

[0:22] We're not into the details. It's getting

[0:23] windy down here. It's no worse than it

[0:25] is on on a really windy day, but as

[0:27] Michael has told you, you can expect a

[0:42] night, all day tomorrow, reporting live.

[0:44] I'm Patrick Fraser.

[0:45] And Penny, you and Sally both have sure

[0:47] have been out here. You come out here

[0:49] and you look at this seawall, you look

[0:51] down, and you see some rocks just below

[0:53] the surface. Often times, those rocks

[0:55] even stick up out of the surface. As a

[0:57] matter of fact, as a matter of fact,

[0:58] most times around this time of day,

[1:00] that's what you would see. You'd see the

[1:01] rocks sticking out. Well, if you go out

[1:03] there right now, what you see is that

[1:04] the rocks are actually about a foot and

[1:06] a half underneath the surface. That

[1:09] means that that tidal surge that we've

[1:10] been telling you so much about today

[1:12] and abo
