[0:00] Washington at our new look. Clinton's
[0:01] new mixed message for Bosnia. To the
[0:04] Bosnian people, don't count on us to
[0:06] stay forever. To US troops, don't count
[0:09] on getting out. Winter and El Nino slam
[0:13] the Texas panhandle with a deadly ice
[0:15] capade. Also tonight, we'll take you to
[0:18] El Nino's worst weather target of all.
[0:21] New medical research. There may be a

[1:15] Europe since World War II. The president
[1:18] had never seen anything like this
[1:20] shattered city. When he met the people
[1:22] of Sievo, he could see the suffering and
[1:24] the hope. The faces left a powerful
[1:27] impression. Welcome to Savo. Then
[1:30] minutes later, Mr. Clinton stopped in
[1:32] the middle of a speech to tell what he
[1:34] had learned from the experience. We just
[1:37] came from a coffee shop where we were
[1:38] talking to a number of young people.
[1:40] Then I said,
