[0:11] their lives as gunmen open fire in an

[0:13] American high school.

[0:16] Everyone around me got shot and I begged

[0:38] tonight. I'm John Roberts. School

[0:40] violence erupted again today suddenly

[0:43] and with a vengeance. This time in

[0:45] Colorado, the attackers said to be two

[0:47] former students with explosives, guns,

[0:50] and a grudge are reported among the 25

[0:53] or more dead. Hospitals also reported

[0:56] receiving 20 wounded. The terror went on

[0:58] for hours at Coline High School in the

[1:00] Denver suburb of Littleton. CBS's Bob

[1:03] McNamera is on the scene now with late

[1:05] details. Bob, it has become an American

[1:08] nightmare too familiar in too many

[1:10] schools in this country, but none was

[1:12] ever as deadly as this one. Police have

[1:15] taken control of Coline High School, and

[1:17] two suspected gunmen are dead,

[1:18] apparently, of their own hand. But the

[1:21] worst news of all is that police say as

[1:23] many as 25 students and perhaps teachers

[1:27] have been killed in the shooting spree

[1:28] and tonight the state is in shock.

[1:32] The shooting broke out just before

[1:34] lunch. It was brutal and bloody.

[1:37] Everyone around me got shot and I begged
