[0:05] >> The great flood of 93. A state capital
[0:09] is underwater. Thousands in the Midwest
[0:11] are homeless. And more rain is on the
[0:14] way.
[0:15] >> In Somalia, another US-led attack on a
[0:17] renegade warlord. More than a dozen are
[0:20] killed, including several journalists.
[0:22] >> And off the coast of Mexico, hunger,

[1:25] 300,000 people have no running water.
[1:28] >> It's almost kind of scary, you know, cuz
[1:30] there's nothing that comes out and you
[1:32] start to think of all the things you use
[1:34] water for.
[1:34] >> They lined up all day for water trucked
[1:36] in by fire departments and the National
[1:38] Guard.
[1:39] >> You really take a lot for granted until
[1:41] you don't have it.
[1:42] >> Every trickle of wat
