[0:07] was going to be a multi-day event I mean
[0:10] right here in the middle in the thick of

[0:14] anticipate that it was going to get just

[0:20] myself personally I thought okay you
[0:22] know it can't possibly get any worse
[0:24] than tax day flooding and tropical storm
[0:27] Allison having been here and lived
[0:29] through that and covered it I remember
[0:31] uh Facebook live with Neil a couple of
[0:34] evenings ago and we had questions about
[0:35] is this going to be worse than Allison
[0:36] is this going to be worse than the tax
[0:38] day floods the Memorial Day floods and
[0:40] Doc and I each time with those questions
[0:41] would come in and just kind of look at
[0:43] each other and just be
[0:45] like maybe it it could be um and so what
[0:50] we're seeing clearly on the South Side
[0:52] Clear Creek uh Southeast Harris County
[0:54] and then down into Galveston County it
[0:56] it is worse than than tropical storm
[0:59] Allison
[1:01] 2001 the thing is you live here in
[1:03] Southeast Texas long enough and you're
[1:04] going to go through one or two of these
[1:06] right we're so close to the Gulf of
[1:07] Mexico we get these tropical storms that
[1:09] come in we get in the summertimes often
[1:12] times the steering currents do do this
[1:13] they kind of collapse on us it just
[1:16] seems like though David and you know I'm
[1:18] speaking collectively because from all
[1:20] of the you know great viewers that we
[1:23] have from the people that I see out in
[1:24] the community from family they say this
[1:27] seems like it'
