[0:02] my weekly review checklist which you can
[0:04] see right here is my calendar I really
[0:07] like to look at my calendar next because
[0:09] that's really the heart of landscape of
[0:11] my day and my week those are the hard
[0:14] commitments not optional ones things
[0:16] that have to happen in a certain time
[0:18] such as calls meetings and appointments
[0:20] so I want to look at that early on so I
[0:23] have a sense of even if I have an
[0:25] upcoming meeting in the next hour or two
[0:27] so I use a program called woven which
[0:30] you can see right here it's this orange
[0:32] icon and it's very
