[0:54] Partners evidence tying Osama Bin Laden

[0:56] to the attack on America this came as

[0:59] planning moves head for a military

[1:01] strike back in Afghanistan possibly

[1:04] elsewhere and possibly reasonably soon

[1:06] but no one knows President Bush is still

[1:09] not saying when a strike might come

[1:12] however evidence appears that it may

[1:14] well be coming soon our coverage begins

[1:17] with cbs's John Roberts at the White

[1:19] House from the Oval Office in around the

[1:22] globe today signs that President Bush's

[1:24] Coalition is mobilizing to strike out

[1:26] against Bin Laden and clear signals that

[1:28] for the Taliban the time to hand him

[1:30] over is running short they

[1:33] um must do so otherwise there will be a

[1:36] consequence Mr Bush continues to say

[1:39] there is no calendar for an American

[1:41] attack but across the atletic preparing

[1:43] Europe for what appears to be inevitable

[1:45] if not imminent action Britain's prime

[1:47] minister today issued what could only be

[1:49] considered an ultimatum and I say to the

[1:52] Taliban surrender
