[0:29] You know, the nice thing about the deep
[0:31] shadow process is we don't have to
[0:33] really push anybody off any cliffs.

[0:36] you
[0:37] you find your way to the cliff yourself.
[0:40] Uh but it's not necessarily a cliff,
[0:42] either. It's more like
[0:44] um descending through the jungle or
[0:46] through the forest, uh which is your
[0:49] psyche, uh into
[0:51] the
[0:52] the space in which the work is done, to
[0:54] the mouth of the cave, where you where
[0:57] in you will meet whatever you need to
[0:59] meet, the dragon, and so forth.
[1:01] So, something about the container is
[1:03] kind of magical in that it sets that up,
[1:05] uh but you are the one taking that
[1:07] journey, and the group is accompanying
[1:09] you, and the facilitators are
[1:11] guides at times, but for the most part,
[1:13] it's really you.
[1:15] Uh and that's the magic of it, the magic
[1:17] magic of deep shadow process of the
[1:19] circling environment. It is shamanic
[1:22] and it is
[1:24] a kind of ancient wisdom coming forth in
[1:26] the group. It's really beautiful.
