[0:01] We understand right now we can perhaps

[0:03] get the first look at what's going on

[0:07] up in the air from Sky 4. Rob Pierce,

[0:09] are you with us right now?

[0:11] Yes, I am. We have Buddy MacKay on board

[0:13] the helicopter with us. Also Linda

[0:15] Shelley from

[0:17] she's the head of the emergency

[0:19] operations department. We're going to

[0:20] look to show you

[0:21] show you some of the devastation down

[0:23] here in the Dayland Trailer Park.

[0:25] You can talk with both Buddy MacKay and

[0:27] Linda Shelley and ask them questions.

[0:39] What is your initial reaction? When I

[0:44] Well, we've we've been gasping also.

[0:46] This is incredible. It has just

[0:50] I had seen the other surrounding areas

[1:02] in terms of how much assistance we will

[1:06] need here in in in South Florida to

[1:10] rebuild? How how do how do you arrive at

[1:12] that?

[1:12] Well, I've got Linda Shelley with me.

[1:14] She's in charge of the agency that has

[1:16] that responsibility. Linda, perhaps you

[1:18] can answer that.

[1:20] The federal government and state

[1:22] government will be sending damage

[1:24] assessment teams into the area as early

[1:27] as Wednesday morning.

[1:30] They will be assessing the needs of the

[1:33] communities that have been adversely

[1:35] affected and assistance will be made

[1:37] available to them as rapidly as

[1:39] possible.

[1:41] Mr. MacKay, looking
