[0:24] I wanted to start with getting a little
[0:27] bit of your story what's going on in
[0:29] life right now what's going on in your
[0:31] in your work life in your family life
[0:33] what brought you to be with us here
[0:35] today I think that I've been kind of
[0:39] feeling this like Spiral of um just suck
[0:43] I think that's probably the best way to
[0:44] say it it's a spiral of suck I had all
[0:47] kinds of like oh my God is this like a
[0:48] midlife crisis cuz you know I turned 40
[0:50] last year my dad uh passed away when he
[0:53] was uh 80 and then in July of
[0:57] 2024 I got laid off there's something
[1:00] that like my my dad uh shared with me
[1:02] before he passed which was um you know
[1:05] did I make the the right choices did I
[1:07] did I teach you and you know my brother
[1:09] the right things there's something about
[1:10] that that for me really communicated um
[1:15] this need to to have a a meaningful
[1:18] life yeah I think that that's sort of
[1:20] like the the groundwork for for like for
[1:23] this wow thank you for being very open
[1:28] and transparent about what's going on in
[1:29] life life I think that's that's super
[1:31] important like we often dive straight
[1:33] into like the latest productivity tool
[1:35] or technique but I think what you're
[1:38] sharing with us which is true for
[1:40] everyone is that
