[0:00] it. Have a great night and a safe one.
[0:02] See you tomorrow.
[0:06] >> The O'Reilly factor is on tonight. John
[0:08] Walker on his way back to the USA. But
[0:10] should he be charged with treason? One
[0:13] respected law professor says yes. A
[0:16] woman's legal group says some federal
[0:18] 9/11 money should go to affirmative
[0:19] action for women. We'll debate that.
[0:21] Mike Tyson involved yet another bizarre
[0:24] incident. We have the tape on that. And
[0:26] a newsman says amnesty for all illegals.
[0:28] We'll talk with him. Caution, you're
[0:30] about to enter a no spin zone. Factor
[0:32] begins in 90 seconds.
[0:43] Fox News Live, I'm Kieran Chetri. The
[0:45] Pentagon is defending itself against
[0:46] critics who are questioning the
[0:48] treatment of Taliban and al-Qaeda
[0:50] prisoners. Defense Chief Donald Rumsfeld
[0:52] says the captives are being treated
[0:54] humanely in accordance with the Geneva
[0:56] Convention. He also said that tight
[0:58] security measures are needed because the
[1:00] men are dangerous and some have
[1:02] threatened to kill Americans.
[1:04] International critics though say the
[1:05] United States could lose its support in
[1:07] the war on terror if it doesn't declare
[1:09] the detainees prisoners of war. The Red
[1:12] Cross though says that it is satisfied
[1:14] with the access that the US military has
[1:16] given it to the detainees.
[1:18] >> The prisoners also cooperate so far very
[1:21] well with the ICRC. So we have access.
[1:23] We have the chance to have our private
[1:24] interviews in a calm, serene situation
[1:27] to the extent possible. And that's what
[1:29] they have been asking for.
[1:31] >> Right now 158 detainees are now being
[1:33] held at Camp X-ray in Cuba.
