[0:00] other control, Brian.
[0:01] >> All right, Elliot, we've been tracking
[0:02] this hour by hour, minute by minute,
[0:04] really here on Real Time Doppler 4. Now,
[0:08] there is the eye. It's very obvious
[0:10] right there. And here is the eye wall.
[0:13] It goes all the way down to the
[0:15] southeast corner of the eye or part of
[0:17] the eye there and wraps around like that
[0:19] and includes downtown New Orleans. This
[0:21] is downtown New Orleans over here. These
[0:23] are the suburbs of Slideel up on the
[0:26] north north side of Lake Pon Train.
[0:27] That's the big lake right there. Now,
[0:29] the worst of this from a flooding
[0:31] standpoint looks like it's going to
[0:33] happen on the Mississippi coast here to
[0:36] the west of Buxy. Beluxy is just up
[0:39] under where it says the four up there.
[0:40] Let me move that and you can see that's
[0:42] where Beluxy, Mississippi is right up
[0:44] here. But the worst of it because here's
[0:46] the rotation around the storm and it's
[0:48] pushing the water up on the Gulf Coast
[0:51] right there. And the storm surge there
[0:53] is estimated that it will be in the 20
[0:56] to 25 foot range with waves on top of
[0:58] that. Now when the storm was down here
[1:01] rotating like this, it came in pushed
[1:03] the water like this in toward New
[1:06] Orleans and we understand there's been a
[1:08] break in the levey there and many houses
[1:10] underwater. Now, David Bernard has been
[1:13] watching this closely develop and he's
[1:16] going to look at the satellite and also
[1:17] explain what's going on with the levy
[1:18] and where likely this major flooding is
[1:21] going on in New Orleans. Now, we haven't
[1:23] got any reports from Mississippi yet,
[1:24] but let's le
