[22:44] words in this passage that we want to

[22:46] draw our attention to when he

[22:53] saw when he saw all were cleansed but

[23:00] he's the only one who saw it let's go to

[23:03] the Lord in prayer this morning de

[23:05] Heavenly Father Lord I Thank you for the

[23:06] opportunity to preach your word today

[23:08] Lord I pray that you would please

[23:09] cleanse me of sin and empty me of myself

[23:11] that I might get out of the way this

[23:13] morning and your word may go forth Lord

[23:15] I pray that you'd speak to our hearts

[23:17] today challenge us from your word

[23:22] Lord we're so thankful for you Lord I

[23:27] today that does not know you as Savior

[23:29] that today would be their day of

[23:31] salvation Lord I pray you'd bind Satan

[23:48] healed but only one of them saw the

[23:52] miracle all 10 were

[23:55] cleansed only one saw the miracle and

[24:00] when he saw it verse 15 he turned back

[24:05] and with a loud voice now I can relate

[24:15] God fell down at his feet fell down on

[24:19] his face at his feet giving him thanks

[24:29] it and in seeing the

[24:32] miracle he turns back and he falls down

[24:36] on his face and he

[24:38] worships

[24:41] Jesus the worship of

[24:44] thanks ought to be evident in every

[24:48] believer's

[24:52] life now I I've seen

[24:56] it the struggle is for

[25:00] many is that the worship of thanks is

[25:04] not what you

[25:06] got but who you

[25:10] got to have a true worship of than it's

[25:13] not what you got but it's who you

[25:18] got I've

[25:20] seen those that have

[25:25] everything be unthankful to God

[25:29] because he's given them so

[25:33] much and so I've also

[25:36] seen people who have

[25:39] nothing who got a little bit and were

[25:43] extremely thankful to God and cried

[25:46] aloud with a loud voice and gave praise

[25:49] unto him so I guess we could say it this

[25:52] way worship of thanks is not an economic

[25:56] thing it's not an economic

[26:00] thing you say well if I had all that I

[26:04] had want then I'd be thankful no it's

[26:06] not an economic

[26:09] thing I've seen those that have

[26:12] wonderful

[26:14] Health be unthankful to

[26:19] God but I've seen people with cancer

[26:22] throughout their

[26:25] body on their last breath

[26:29] thanking God for another

[26:32] breath so it's not an economic thing and

[26:35] it's not a health

[26:38] thing I've seen people that have come to

[26:42] church in the nicest of cards and the

[26:44] nicest of things and sat in the service

[26:47] and didn't do a

[26:49] thing and I've seen others who walked

[26:53] in with

[26:56] nothing walked in with nothing

[27:00] and praise the Lord with everything they

[27:04] done see the problem is it's not an

[27:07] economic thing and it's not a health

[27:09] thing some people just don't see the

[27:16] Miracles so I'm going to help us with

[27:19] the Lord's help I'm going to try to help

[27:21] us this morning Albert Einstein you ever

[27:23] heard of him Albert Einstein quoted

[27:27] about miracles

[27:29] Albert Einstein said of Miracles there

[27:30] are only two ways to live your

[27:33] life one is as though nothing is a

[27:38] miracle the other is as though

[27:41] everything is a

[27:46] miracle Albert Einstein said there's two

[27:48] ways to live your life one is that

[27:50] nothing is a miracle the other is though

[27:54] everything is a miracle

[27:59] so the phrase we're drawing our

[28:00] attention to is when he

[28:03] saw he

[28:05] recognized

[28:06] God's

[28:08] Miracles and you and I ought to pay

[28:13] attention to God at work in our lives we

[28:17] ought to pay attention Glenn scrier said

[28:19] this Christians believe in the Virgin

[28:22] birth of Jesus Amen we do atheists

[28:26] believe in the Virgin birth of the UN

[28:29] Universe choose your

[28:32] Miracle atheists believe that bang it

[28:37] and we came from

[28:40] that that's their miracle that they hung

[28:43] on to they said it can't be that there

[28:45] was a virgin named Mary who gave birth

[28:48] to a sinless man named Jesus who lived

[28:51] upon this Earth and died on the cross

[28:53] they said no that can't

[28:55] happen but they believe that two balls

[28:59] of gas collided and exploded and made

[29:01] the

[29:04] world you got to choose your Miracle

[29:07] this contrast can emphasize this that

[29:10] our faith leads us to give glory to God

[29:15] for the

[29:17] miraculous While others Miss

[29:21] see we ought to give glory to God for

[29:23] the

[29:25] miraculous and others they just miss

[29:28] it so I want to talk about some

[29:31] miraculous things this

[29:35] morning number one this morning the

[29:37] miracle of the

[29:39] universe the miracle of the universe can

[29:42] you imagine this

[29:44] morning how many of you have seen the

[29:46] sunrise

[29:47] before now put your hands down if you

[29:51] only saw that one

[29:52] time if you only saw the sunrise one

[29:56] time you'd go wow

[29:59] you would even say it backwards

[30:02] wow you'd just be enthralled by the

[30:06] sunrise watching the sun come up over

[30:08] the horizon and the spray of colors that

[30:11] are across the sky we'd be marveled and

[30:14] say what a marvelous side if you've ever

[30:17] Sat by the ocean and watch the sun set

[30:20] on the ocean and watch the waves as

[30:22] they're coming in and see the colors of

[30:24] the Sun as it goes down along the

[30:26] horizon you wow what a miraculous God

[30:31] cuz we don't believe in the Big Bang we

[30:33] believe that God created everything that

[30:36] he's the creator of the universe that

[30:39] God said let there be and there was

[30:42] because he said so so that if you only

[30:45] saw it though one

[30:47] time if you only saw the sunset across

[30:50] the ocean one

[30:52] time you'd have a miraculous

[30:55] appreciation for God's creation

[31:00] but because you see it every day as you

[31:02] drive into

[31:03] work it's just

[31:06] routine

[31:08] mundane sun comes up sun goes down well

[31:11] who

[31:12] do some of you don't notice the sun goes

[31:15] down till daylight savings

[31:17] time you're like it's 4:30 in the

[31:20] afternoon and the sun went

[31:24] down now because it's disrupted your

[31:27] evening of events now you notice cuz

[31:30] well it's affected what I want to

[31:33] do

[31:34] but how many of you ever have days that

[31:37] you feel like you didn't accomplish

[31:39] anything anybody ever have days you feel

[31:41] like all right well I want to help you

[31:42] today something for you to think about

[31:45] the Earth that God created spins at

[31:48] 1,000 miles per

[31:51] hour it speeds through space at 67,000

[32:01] miles do you know what that means on a

[32:05] day that you felt like you did nothing

[32:08] you traveled

[32:10] 1.6 million

[32:16] miles on your nothing day yeah no wonder

[32:19] we're tired all the time right brother

[32:20] said yeah no wonder we got jet

[32:22] lag 1.6 million miles a day

[32:29] hey hey the world that God created is

[32:32] tilted on its

[32:34] access and it's tilted in such a way

[32:36] that one degree One Direction you'd

[32:38] freeze on parts of the world and one

[32:40] degree the other direction you'd burn up

[32:43] that's no accident that's a miracle God

[32:46] put it right where he put it right at

[32:48] the angle that he put it he provides all

[32:51] the things that he does Psalm 191 look

[32:54] at your Bibles Psalm

[32:56] 19:1 God's cre Creation The Miraculous

[32:59] of the universe we get so caught up in

[33:02] the mundane well the sun came up and the

[33:04] sun went down the sun came up and the

[33:06] sun down and we forget that God put it

[33:09] however many miles he put it away he put

[33:11] it right there at that moment in time

[33:13] he's got the Earth tilted on its axis at

[33:15] right the right degrees Psalm 19 verse

[33:18] number one the heavens declare the glory

[33:22] of God and the firmament showeth his

[33:26] handiwork hey my all you got to do is

[33:29] stop for a minute and look at the

[33:31] creation of God and recognize it's a

[33:33] miracle that God created this world it's

[33:36] a miracle the way he created it it's a

[33:39] miracle he put all the things in place

[33:41] all the stars where they're at that he

[33:43] tilted the world on its axis it's a

[33:46] miracle the world the Bible tells us the

[33:48] heavens declare the glory of God and the

[33:52] firmament showeth his handywork but most

[33:54] of us we don't

[33:56] care it's mundane it's routine unless

[34:00] watch this unless it interferes with

[34:02] what I want to do I don't even notice if

[34:04] the sun comes up and the sun comes down

[34:06] we miss the

[34:08] miracle we miss

[34:11] it secondly I want to talk to you this

[34:13] morning about the Miracles of our

[34:16] body Miracles of our

[34:18] body the average heart beats 100,000

[34:22] times a day the average heart beats

[34:25] 100,000 times a day that heart heart

[34:27] pumps 2,000 gallons of blood through

[34:32] your body the average heart 2,000

[34:34] gallons of blood

[34:36] circulate I know it's not 2,000 gallons

[34:38] at one time but it's the equivalent of

[34:40] it traveling around through your body

[34:43] and that travels through

[34:46] 60,000 miles of blood

[34:50] vessels and every day every moment

[34:54] that's

[34:55] happening but what we don't notice till

[34:58] we get a cut and then we start bleeding

[35:00] oh wait look at my

[35:04] blood come on but right now as you're

[35:07] sitting here the miracle of God's design

[35:10] your heart is pumping and sending blood

[35:13] throughout your body and circulating it

[35:15] every day all day every day all day

[35:19] through this practice that God designed

[35:21] and created it is a miraculous thing

[35:24] that God has done but yet most of us

[35:27] don't pay anything any attention until

[35:28] it affects our

[35:31] day why because we're not seeing the

[35:34] miracle we're not seeing the miracle

[35:36] that God designed it that even when I'm

[35:39] laying in my bed sleeping he's still

[35:42] pumping he's still sending blood

[35:45] traveling

[35:46] through the Bible tells us the life is

[35:48] in the

[35:49] blood before doctors figured it out God

[35:52] already said

[35:54] it but it travels through all all those

[35:58] intricate blood

[35:59] vessels all through those locations that

[36:03] God has

[36:04] designed unless you get in an regular

[36:07] heartbeat or a heartbeat that interferes

[36:10] with your day most of us most of us

[36:13] don't pay attention to the miracle of

[36:15] the

[36:17] heartbeat but it's

[36:19] miraculous God put it in you God

[36:22] designed it for you but we don't see

[36:26] it the rest respiratory processes that

[36:28] are happening in our lungs with the

[36:31] exchanging of oxygen and converting it

[36:33] and sending it throughout the

[36:35] body your body does that because God

[36:38] designed it to do

[36:43] that just that process right there

[36:46] breathing in and breathing out is

[36:51] miraculous oh if you don't believe

[36:53] me quit doing

[36:56] it it alter your

[37:01] life if you don't allow God's miracle to

[37:04] happen in your life or breathing in

[37:06] breathing out it'll affect

[37:08] you but listen listen though we go

[37:11] throughout our day and we just ignore

[37:12] that Miracle hey before we get on to the

[37:14] other nine let's remind ourselves that

[37:17] uh we don't always pay attention to the

[37:19] Miracles that God's put in us and around

[37:21] us Psalm

[37:24] 139:14 Psalm

[37:26] 13914 turn in your Bibles to Psalm

[37:28] 139:14 you ought to underline this verse

[37:30] in your Bible if you haven't

[37:34] already Psalm 139 and verse number

[37:39] 14 I will praise thee for I am fearfully

[37:45] and wonderfully made marvelous are thy

[37:49] works and that my soul knoweth right

[37:55] well a child child is Not an

[37:59] Accident a child is a human being at

[38:04] conception did you know in the womb at

[38:07] 20

[38:09] weeks a female child has all the eggs

[38:14] she will ever have in her

[38:19] life at five

[38:22] weeks excuse me five months 20 weeks in

[38:25] the womb a female child child has all

[38:28] the eggs she will ever produce in her

[38:30] little body at that moment in

[38:34] time I was thinking about that this

[38:37] week that means the egg that became my

[38:40] son was in the womb of my

[38:43] mother-in-law when she was expecting my

[38:45] wonderful

[38:52] wife you aren't so happy about

[38:55] it okay let me help you

[38:59] before I was even

[39:02] born God already had plans for my future

[39:08] son he'd already produced part of what

[39:11] would be needed for him to come into

[39:13] this world he we are fearfully and

[39:16] wonderfully made it is a miracle the

[39:19] child birth it is a miracle that what

[39:21] God does it's a miracle that at that

[39:23] moment before my wife had even entered

[39:25] into this world God already had a plan

[39:28] for my son to be born that means he

[39:30] already had a plan for me to meet my

[39:33] wife that means he already had a plan to

[39:35] do a work in our

[39:38] life oh it's just what a

[39:41] coincidence that's a miraculous

[39:45] thing I learned this week about the zinc

[39:48] spark that happens at

[39:52] conception the moment of conception

[39:54] they've discovered a zinc spark that

[39:56] happens a light that happens and it

[39:59] begins at that moment of conception the

[40:01] zinc spark in inhabits the egg and

[40:04] strengthens the egg and at the moment of

[40:07] conception what does that mean that God

[40:09] said at that moment life

[40:12] began and there's scientific evidence to

[40:16] prove

[40:18] it why is that because we are fearfully

[40:20] and wonderfully made God's miraculous

[40:26] work and some of you are struggling this

[40:30] morning because of one of God's miracles

[40:32] in your

[40:33] life one of God's miracles in your life

[40:36] is that your optic nerve captures light

[40:39] captures colors captures that produces

[40:41] images and brings it back and some of

[40:43] you are hateful and upset at God because

[40:45] it means you have to look at

[40:49] me well

[40:51] listen we take for granted the

[40:54] miraculous working of our optic nerve

[40:59] that it takes in the light it produces

[41:01] it it focuses that image and it shows it

[41:03] to us in

[41:06] quickly

[41:07] miraculously you know when we don't you

[41:10] know when we don't give him thanks for

[41:12] it when it starts to affect us in a

[41:14] negative

[41:16] way eyes get weaker and we got to get

[41:19] glasses can't see as well as we used to

[41:22] we get night vision go try to drive at

[41:24] night and the headlights from other cars

[41:26] affect us and all that Stu stuff listen

[41:28] listen when it starts to get Negative

[41:30] that's when we start recognizing it more

[41:32] but my friend we ought to miraculous and

[41:34] recognize the miracle that God has given

[41:37] us through the eyes that we

[41:39] have what about the ears and the nerves

[41:42] that are in there that unfortunately for

[41:44] you you're listening to the sound of my

[41:45] voice this morning your ears capturing

[41:47] that sound and putting it and rotating

[41:49] it into your eardrum and all the

[41:51] processes of the ear I'm not going to go

[41:52] through all of it this morning but

[41:53] listen that's a miraculous thing you

[46:29] you Corinthians tell the eyes have not

[46:31] seen nor the ENT of the heart man what

[46:33] God has prepared for them that love him

[46:45] God's got more than that for us prepared

[47:44] you're focused in looking at the wrong

[47:46] thing you're missing the 80% blessing

[47:49] and you're focused on the 20% negative

[47:51] so you think my marriage is a failure my

[47:55] looking at the wrong stuff

[47:58] get your eyes checked get your eyes on

[48:01] the Lord hey the problem with your

[48:55] accountable to God you know what your

[48:57] problem is it's your eyes you're not

[49:00] seeing what God's

[49:01] doing so what did he do when he saw

[51:01] little Matchbox car they get take it

[51:03] home and they get home they had a long

[51:05] hallway and they go and they race them

[51:07] cars him and his brother down the

[51:09] hallway and week after week they had

[51:11] gone and done

[51:13] that and one week they went and they

[51:16] behaved well at the barber and they went

[51:18] into the store and they were right there

[51:20] next to Daddy about the time that they

[51:22] would turn to go to the car aisle Daddy

[51:25] went to the check outline now the little

[51:28] boy knew I don't know if I should say

[51:31] anything CU he knew better than the

[51:33] question

[51:36] daddy his little mind was wondering why

[51:38] aren't we going down the car aisle we do

[51:40] something wrong is there something wrong

[51:42] he got in the car and got buckled in and

[51:45] he's looking at at daddy through the

[51:46] rearview mirror daddy looked back at him

[53:06] recliner before he could do anything

[53:08] else he left that car right where it was

[53:11] he ran over to his daddy dumped in his

[53:13] Daddy's lap P oh thank you Daddy thank
