[0:00] IC because of weak steering currents. We

[0:02] could be looking at Oilia out there off

[0:04] the Florida coastline for the next

[0:06] several days. Here is the satellite

[0:09] image from about 12 hours ago. You can

[0:11] see the storm was getting better

[0:12] organized with a lot of this purple

[0:14] indicating the strongest thunderstorm

[0:16] activity near the center of the storm.

[0:18] And look what has happened. There is

[0:20] definitely a more excuse me symmetrical

[0:22] shape to this portion of the storm. And

[0:23] the outflow or the cloud pattern is

[0:25] getting a bit better organized. Now, the

[0:27] strongest convection or thunderstorm

[0:29] activity actually remains a little bit

[0:31] further north of the actual center of

[0:33] the storm, but all signs indicate that

[0:35] Oilia is going to continue to

[0:37] strengthen, possibly to a hurricane in

[0:39] the next several days. Now, we're going

[0:40] to show you what will appear to be a

[0:42] rather ambiguous forecast, but here are

[0:45] our issues as far as putting the

[0:47] forecast together. There will be a

[0:49] midlevel trough or jetream dip digging

[0:51] down towards the southeastern coastline.

[0:53] If we could get this thing to push a

[0:55] little bit further south, it would be

[0:56] good. It would steer it off the coast.

[0:58] But it's not really going to play out

[1:00] that way. At least in the short term, we

[1:01] have very weak steering currents. And

[1:03] that means that Oilia could just kind of

[1:05] hang off the North Florida coastline for

[1:08] the next several days, meandering about

[1:10] and then potentially taking a turn off

[1:12] to the northeast and possibly coming

[1:13] back towards the Florida coastline at

[1:16] some point in t
