[0:00] And
[0:02] >> lots of talk, but no progress on the
[0:05] budget impass that shuts the government
[0:07] down in earnest tomorrow. Heavy armor
[0:10] begins moving toward Bosnia, but NATO
[0:13] troop movements fall seriously behind.
[0:16] And the Santa games in the awesome
[0:19] Arctic.
[0:22] >> From ABC, this is World News Sunday.
[0:26] Here's Carol Simpson.
[0:28] >> Good evening. The people are blaming
[0:30] politicians and politicians are blaming
[0:32] each other for the budget crisis that

[1:23] >> Yes. Stop being so childish about your
[1:26] individual goals and just sit down and
[1:27] reach an agreement.
[1:28] >> For much of the day, the closest the
[1:30] budget bargainers got to negotiations
[1:32] were consecutive appearances on
[1:33] television.
[1:34] >> We're asking them for o
