[0:00] 18 year old has been the subject of a
[0:02] Manhunt all day long it was a short
[0:05] while ago that the governor of
[0:07] Massachusetts essentially said that they
[0:09] had lost his Trail and they did not know
[0:12] where he was and now we have shots fired
[0:15] in the neighborhood and a large police
[0:17] presence that you can see live
[0:19] converging on the area correspondent Bob
[0:22] Orr is in Washington I'm going to as we
[0:25] continue to watch this video Bob I want
[0:28] to bring you in what are your sources
[0:29] telling you
[0:30] well Scott we're in the same boat that
[0:32] you are frankly we're hearing reports
[0:34] from the scene it's very hard to know
[0:36] precisely what's going on but in
[0:38] watching the pictures this is unusual

[0:52] to tell how far we are in this video
[0:54] from the scene of where these shots
[0:56] reportedly are fired but the police are
[0:57] all going in one One Direction here a
[1:01] sign to me that perhaps something
[1:02] serious is going on and they're
[1:04] responding in an orderly fashion I mean
[1:06] this this is something that's not
[1:07] completely unexpected as they squeeze
[1:10] down that area in Watertown over the
[1:13] past 12 hours they were they were
[1:16] closing that noose around that area and
[1:19] and obviously with Darkness coming there
[1:21] was some import on the side of police to
[1:24] try to wrap this thing up and we can
[1:26] only presume that the suspect may have
[1:28] been feeling some desperation as well so
[1:30] we'll wai
