[0:27] First, let's start with Capture.
[0:30] So Capture is about getting it outside of your brain,
[0:33] social media, the world, and into some trusted single place
[0:37] where you can start to work with it.
[0:38] What are the different ways
[0:39] that you capture information?
[0:40] Okay, so many.
[0:41] The first one is Physical Notebook. Perfect.
[0:43] I still like Physical Notebook.
[0:45] I kind of go between various
[0:46] ones, depending on how I'm feeling. Recently.
[0:48] Last week or so.
[0:48] I've started Morning Pages.
[0:49] So I have this other notebook where I do
[0:50] three pages of, like, handwritten-y text – uh, text – uh, WRITING (both laugh)
[0:56] And if I'm capturing notes on the fly,
[0:58] usually I just use Apple Notes because all
[1:00] the other apps, they kind of suck online.
[1:03] And I'm often in for example, if I'm in a restaurant
[1:05] and I'm in the toilet downstairs where there's no
[1:08] signal and no WiFi, and that goes into Apple Notes.
[1:10] That's apple notes on your phone, right? That's right.
[1:13] Occasionally apple notes on my Mac as well.
[1:14] It's very easy to just pop it open
[1:15] with Alfred (app) and I have multiple folders.
[1:18] It's basically almost like, Evernote, but
[1:22] it's just such an easy place to just chuck stuff into,
[1:24] and
