[0:56] From NBC News World Headquarters in New
[0:59] York, this is NBC Nightly News with
[1:02] Brian Williams. Good evening and sadly
[1:06] again here tonight. We're going to begin
[1:07] on the subject of terrorism. This
[1:09] evening, we are tracking two different
[1:11] fronts. First, the arrest of an American
[1:14] picked up by police in London. He is
[1:17] accused of helping an al-Qaeda plot to
[1:20] stage a series of spectacular attacks.
[1:23] The second front tonight, the one we've
[1:25] been following for a few days, Canada.
[1:27] The investigation there is widening,
[1:29] fanning out. Over a dozen remain locked
[1:32] up there. All the result of a bust that
[1:35] might have stopped some equally
[1:37] spectacular attacks there. Tonight,
[1:39] these two fronts and where they might
[1:41] lead for investigators. That is a work
[1:44] in progress. We have two reports
[1:46] tonight, beginning with NBC News justice
[1:48] correspondent Pete Williams on the
[1:50] London arrest
